How to install the cement pressure plate

Installation of cement pressure plates usually involves the following steps:

1. Preparation. First clean the installation area to ensure that the ground is flat, hard and free of debris to avoid problems during the installation process.

2. Keel  installation. According to the design drawings, install the keel to ensure that the keel is horizontal, vertical and evenly spaced, so as to provide a solid foundation for the installation of the cement pressure plate.

3. Cement pressure plate installation. Place the cement pressure plate on the keel, fix it with screws or self-tapping screws, and pay attention to the seams between the plates and the plates to avoid cracking. When installing, it should be fixed from the middle of the plate to the periphery to reduce cracks caused by uneven expansion.

4. Springline and masonry. Eject the installation line on the cement pressure plate to ensure the accuracy of the installation. Build walls or ceilings according to the design drawings to ensure that the brick joints are full and there is no hollowing.

5. Veneer treatment. After the masonry is completed, veneer treatment is carried out, and the veneer material can be tiles, stones, etc., to increase the aesthetics and durability of the installation surface.

6. Clean up the site. After the installation is completed, clean up the site and keep it tidy.
