What is called Osson board

The raw materials of "Ousong board" are mainly soft needles, broad-leaved wood, fast-growing thinning wood, etc., such as eucalyptus, fir, poplar thinning, etc., which are widely sourced and can be manufactured into large panels (such as 8×32 feet or 12×24 feet). The manufacturing process is mainly to dry, sizing, directional paving and hot press forming of certain geometries (usually 50 mm to 80 mm long, 5 mm to 20 mm wide, 0.45 mm to 0.6 mm thick).

Ousong board is actually a kind of particle board, close to particle board, and the essential difference with particle board is that its particle size and sorting method are different. The structure of the particle board imported from foreign countries is mostly the fine particles on both sides of the long particles in the middle, and the domestic board is the particle distribution of the gradient structure, which is also cross-arranged, so the force on the multiple surfaces of the particle board is the same, and the structure is stable and uniform. Also because of the structural problems, the particle board will have a small deformation, and the Ousong board is changed on its basis, the surface layer on both sides is arranged vertically, and the structure of the horizontal arrangement is adopted in the middle, mainly the planer of a certain geometric shape is dried, sized, directional pavement and hot pressing molding, the structure is more stable, not easy to deform and the nail holding force is stronger, also called oriented strand board "Oriented StrandBoard". A trademark "Ousong" registered by a domestic manufacturer finally slowly developed into the name of Ousong board.

Ousong board is the most environmentally friendly wood-based panel, close to the standard of logs. Because Ousong board first came from Europe, it fully meets the European environmental protection standards, the amount of formaldehyde is far lower than that of other boards, and even the formaldehyde emission is almost 0, and the environmental protection is almost the highest wood-based board on the market, which is almost the same as natural logs.
